"Bill Owens Heating & Air was the most honest out of all the companies we dealt with. Some gave estimates knowing they couldn't make good on, others barely took a look at it before quoting us, etc. The guy from Bill Owens did a full walk-through, laser-measured every room, checked crawlspace, insulation, windows, breaker box and electrical meter, gave us a full estimate for cost, but refused to put in anything until we fixed certain problems, because he knew we'd only have to redo it and lose a lot of money.
