Bill Owens – Retired
On June 1st 2006, Bill Owens retired. Brian Owens had been running the operations for the previous eight years. Bill felt it was the right time to do this. Bill had been working in the HVAC industry since the late 60's. The concept has always stayed the same, but technology is ever changing. Bill has always been a stickler for continuing education and when something came up he would say, "Brian, go take that class or exam; one day the company will be yours, and you'll need it". Brian (Bill's 1st son) is dedicated to giving customers the best service and the latest technology the industry has to offer.

Wm. Brian Owens – CEO-Owner-Contractor
Honorably discharged from both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Marine Corps; Brian is also a native of Chattanooga.
Educated at Red Bank and Sequoyah Vocational Tech and is a 2nd generation HVAC Contractor with over 52 years field experience. He holds both a CMC-C/CE-B, TN State & Local Class 1 Electrical & Mechanical Contractor License, including a Master Gas Fitters License, and other industry certifications as well. He also a former member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors 1989-2012. "Not being afraid unlike his competitors in this market to educate & train todays employees. Brian sees it as a key benefit to having highly skilled employees in a successful business." Brian provides logistical & technical support for his employees, staff and even a few fellow contractors.
Kelly Owens – Secretary, Office Manager
Kelly is the latest to join the family business. She is Brian's youngest sister. When mom retired in June 2007, Brian thought she would be a great asset to his company. Kelly recently retired with 20 years in the Navy. She finished her Associate Business Degree at Chattanooga State. Kelly watches the books and her brother Brian, she makes sure the customers accounts are correct and the bills get paid.
Susan Martinez – Dispatch, Maintenance & Repair Scheduling
Susan comes to us in 2016 with 10 years of previous Heating and Air Conditioning office experience. She enjoys getting to know our customers and helping with their heating and air conditioning needs. She has an Associate Degree from Chattanooga State in Management and enjoys camping and spending time with her family and animals.
Nona Jackson – Dispatch, Maintenance & Repair Scheduling
Nona is our Residential & Commercial Service-Maintenance Coordinator. She joined us in 2021. She was a former 911 Dispatcher.
Managers
Tim White – Service & Install Manager (Sr. Tech & Former Installer)
Tim is our Installation & Service Manager. He is one our Most Qualified Service Technicians. He is Mitsubishi certified. He has been with us since March 2015.
Tim is a great asset to our company. He ensures that our technicians-installers properly service and install your system. That the customer or the technician needs technical support he is available to answer their questions. Tim is also Brian's daughter's (Samantha) boyfriend.

Brandon Vickers (Service/Maint Technician / Installation Tech)
Brandon is one of our newer members to our team. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He has been with us since November 2024.
Brandon ensures that your hvac system properly serviced and running correctly. That your unit is functioning correctly.
Luis Vela – Service/Maint Tech
Luis joined us in 2025.

Nicholas Antonucci is one of our Installation mechanics are responsible for retrofitting and installing the latest HVAC equipment on the market. He has been with us since September 2024.
Cory Fish is one of our newest Installation mechanics are responsible for retrofitting and installing the latest HVAC equipment on the market.

Jacob Calabrese (Breezy) is one of our most outstanding members to our team. He served in the United States Navy as a Diver and a Fire Fighter. He has been with us since April 2025. Jacob ensures that your duct and hvac system properly installed.
