See how your equipment is performing see if maintenance is necessary. (This usually takes about a 3/4 - 1 hour per system.) 10 point can be for either a spring or a fall.



Spring Inspection:
- Check operating pressures.
- Check voltages and amperages.
- Check temperature drop across evaporator.
- Check refrigerant charge.
- Check filters.
- Check starting contractor contacts.
- Check thermostat.
- Check air temperature across condenser.
- Check that condensate drain is open.
- List any discrepancies & inform customer on problems that need attention.
Fall Inspection:
- Check for signs of cracks.
- Check for damaged safety controls.
- Check condition of heat exchanger
- Check condition of flue pipe.
- Do startup test on burners and controls.
- Check condition of evaporator coil.
- Check temperature rise.
- Check manifold gas pressure.
- If heat pump, a separate check on heat & defrost is performed.
- List any discrepancies & inform customer on problems that need attention.
