Spring Inspection: 1. Check operating pressures.2. Check voltages and amperages. 3. Check temperature drop across evaporator. 4. Check refrigerant charge. 5. Check filters. 6. Check starting contractor contacts. 7. Check thermostat. 8. Check air temperature across condenser. 9. Check that condensate drain is open. 10. List any discrepancies & inform customer on problems that need attention Fall Inspection: 1. Check for signs of cracks2. Check for damaged safety controls. 3. Check condition of heat exchanger 4. Check condition of flue pipe. 5. Do startup test on burners and controls. 6. Check condition of evaporator coil 7. Check temperature rise 8. Check manifold gas pressure 9. If heat pump, a separate check on heat & defrost is performed 10. List any discrepancies & inform customer on problems that need attention |
