To place a request, please call our service/repair line at (423) 842-8081, press option 1 for service/repairs/maintenance, if no one answers please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned in a timely manner. Calls during normal business hours, will be returned by the dispatcher within 15-30 minutes.

Do you have a specific issue with your HVAC system you would like to explain in detail? For your convenience, we offer an online "SERVICE REQUEST" option that you can fill out and once submitted, your request will be contacted by our office or on-call dispatcher within 30-45 minutes.

After Normal Hours: If your request is received after 6:00PM, the call line is shut off and the message will be delivered automatically the following morning to be returned by the office staff or on call dispatcher.

Not an emergency, we also offer our next day Message Service at (423) 842-0250 press 2 to leave a request for a next business day appointment. Phone calls placed here will be returned when the office re-opens during normal business hours.

If you are or have high utility bills or your unit is not performing correctly, ask for details about our Once per year Maintenance or Seasonal Maintenance Contracts. We provide a most comprehensive Maintenance program and we do more than the competition!

EPA New Regulations Due to recent availability and phaseout of CFC R-22 we will no longer be carring this refrigerant. We have an alternative refrigerant but it requires a retrofit of removing all R-22 and replacing it with R-453a.

We have known for over 30 years that this will end by 2020 and will no longer be produced.
